Full-Stack Web3 Engineer – Developer Reputation System

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with blockchain experience to support the continued development of a web-based developer reputation platform.

The platform is currently under active development and has not yet been deployed publicly. It is designed to organize publicly available professional and technical information, including project history, development activity, blockchain deployments, wallet activity, and other verified evidence, into structured developer profiles and reputation insights.

The selected engineer will evaluate the current platform, recommend practical improvements, and contribute to the development of new and existing features. The work may include frontend and backend development, database architecture, API integrations, authentication, blockchain data integration, data processing, performance improvements, testing, and deployment preparation.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assess the current platform architecture and identify practical improvements.
* Develop and enhance frontend and backend functionality.
* Build structured developer profiles, scoring tools, and reputation features.
* Integrate external APIs, blockchain networks, and publicly available professional data sources.
* Process and validate wallet activity, smart contract deployments, and other on-chain information.
* Improve data quality, security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Prepare the platform for stable production deployment.
* Test completed features, investigate issues, and deliver reliable solutions.
* Communicate progress, technical decisions, and potential risks clearly.

## Preferred Experience

* Strong experience with TypeScript and modern web application development.
* Professional experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, and database systems.
* Practical experience integrating blockchain data, wallets, smart contracts, or EVM-compatible networks.
* Familiarity with Web3 libraries, blockchain RPC services, explorers, and on-chain data providers.
* Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, and data-processing workflows.
* Experience working with developer activity, professional profiles, portfolio data, or reputation systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Clear, reliable communication and attention to technical quality.
