Technical/Platform Architect

Auzmor is US HQ’ed, funded SaaS startup focussed on disrupting the HR space. We combine passion, domain expertise and build products with focus on great end user experiences.We are looking for a Architect to envision, build, launch core platform services for internal and external consumption

What You Will Do:
Understand the broader company, business goals, priorities and constraints of the company and incorporate them into platform design
Design, model and build scalable microservices, APIs that run at scale
Define and make the right technology choices around languages, frameworks, libraries etc.
Hire, mentor best folks
Insist on high standards around Product/Service definition, Quality, Release mgmt etc.
What you will need
10+ years of design, architectural, hands on engineering experience in B2C Internet or B2B SaaS/ Cloud services environment with experience around web applications at scale.
Good understanding of architecture patterns such as multi-tenancy, scalability, and federation, microservices(design, decomposition, and maintenance ) to build cloud-ready systems
Experience with server-side technologies (preferably Java , Go), others are fine as well.
Good understanding of Algorithms, Design Patterns, Data structures and fundamentals of networking, storage, compute & file systems
Passion for Solving problems.
What we would love to see
Experience with Big data -related technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, Mapreduce or NoSQL, and data management, data retrieval , data quality , ETL, data analysis and with docker, kubernetes
