Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads.
Understanding customer needs and requirements close & achieve sales.
Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
Handle Customer's Inbound Calls, Emails, Follow-ups, Replying Customer. Solving Queries, Explaining customer the Products / Offers / Services.
Should Be Good In Sales, Follow-Ups, Conversions, Closing Sales On Phone & Email. Team Management,
Good In Written & Spoken English & MS Tools.
Language: English and Hindi compulsory
Required Experience of minimum 2+yrs
Skills and Qualifications: Graduate Proven inside sales experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone & email presence Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
