Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-growing educational platform and contribute to the development of HR processes and initiatives.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Familiarity with HR management and policies
• Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
