Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to convert concepts into visuals that talk!    

Having a creative flair and obsession for detail, the graphic designer should be able to create powerful, impactful, clean and audience targeted designs and hold their creations to the highest standard.

 Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing and producing in-house marketing collateral
• Producing promotional material for social media
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
• Providing quality control over own work and strict adherence to brand guidelines
• Creating new brand collateral, including content layout and story-boarding
• Designing new and updating current client collateral following branding guidelines
• Creating original illustrations for the content
• Following best practice with the design and creative team
• Seamlessly converting content to graphic format
• Working with other team members to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines
• Designing wireframes for website and apps

  Requirements

• Sound experience and use of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS is preferable
• A degree-level professional qualification relevant to graphic design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Skilled in designing new material that fits its target audience
• Self-motivated, highly organized and ability to work to demanding deadlines
• Ability to manage own workload including logging hours and activity on web based CRM and project management tools
• Experience of designing for both web and offline
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio
• A strong eye for details and aesthetics
• Ability to give and absorb constructive criticism
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and hit the ground running as new projects keep coming
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus

Details

• Compensation: 3.6 LPA to 4 LPA
• 32 days paid/health leaves a year (Includes mandatory seven days of mental well-being leaves) + public holidays
