Brand Manager Intern (full-time, 6 months, in-office Surat)

Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C brands: ₹40 Cr+ in ad spend managed, ₹175 Cr+ in revenue created for brands, 5+ years.

As a Brand Manager Intern you work next to our Brand Managers on live client brands, every day. You help find content creators on Instagram and reach out to them, prepare briefs and scripts with the team, coordinate shoots in our studio and on location, and track every ad video until it reaches the media buying team on time.

Full-time, 6-month internship in our office in Piplod, Surat, every working day, working with the founder, the creative team and the performance marketing team. Stipend is discussed after the interview. Interviews are in person at our office.

What you will do

• Find creators on Instagram, reach out and track their replies
• Prepare creator briefs and scripts with the Brand Manager
• Coordinate shoots in our studio and on location
• Keep project trackers and timelines up to date
• Follow up with video editors so ads reach media buying on time
• Join client calls and take clear notes

What we look for

• Student or fresh graduate (any stream) available for a full-time, 6-month internship
• Clear communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
• Organised and quick to follow up
• You know Instagram well and can tell good content from bad
• In our office in Piplod, Surat every working day

Nice to have

• Any internship or college work in marketing, social media or events
• Interest in ads, UGC and D2C brands
• Google Sheets or Notion
