Job location - Hyderabad (3 days/week onsite)

Summary:

As a Platform Architect, you will be leading and delivering technical architecture which

involves Configuring, Implementing, Designing and Providing solutions for the fulfilment of

business needs. You will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders involving Business

Architects, Business Teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, Functional Consultants and

Technical Consultants. You will have an opportunity to work with culturally diversified group

of individuals. We are looking for an individual with Passion, Innovation, Out-of-the-box

thinking to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in working with different components in ServiceNow like Business Rules, Data

Dictionary, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer, Import

Sets, Update Sets, etc.

• Coordinating with 3rd party teams for any integrations, designing the technical

solutions

• Solution designing the complex requirements on ServiceNow, working on POC’s for the

feasibility checks and providing the demo to the clients on the solutions designed.

• Experience leading the Design Authority Board (DAB)

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with excellent understanding of system

development methodologies, techniques, and tools.

• Skilled in database querying using glide-scripting, Jelly Scripting and Java script.

• Skilled in gathering requirements from client, breaking down of requirements and

sizing.

• Ensure high quality of code delivered by reviewing the code snippets and suggesting

the best practices or the standards defined as per the industry standards

• Lead the service delivery team, managing conflicts, and ensuring the team's processes

and tasks are carried out efficiently

• Experience in managing a team of Platform Engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience in related field

• 6+ years of experience in Design, Develop IT applications.

• Overall 10+ years’ experience in IT industry and 5+ years in ServiceNow Platform

Architecture space

• Having work experience of at least 6+ years in ServiceNow in various Technical roles

is a MUST prior to transitioning to Platform Architect role

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and infrastructure.

• Experience in assessing OOTB and propose fit for purpose solutions

• Excellent Analytical, conceptual thinking, out of box thinking skills.

• Experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Service Request Management,

Knowledge Management, CMDB, Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service

Delivery, Integrations, Reports & Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Scoped/ Custom

Applications, Service Portal, Discovery in the past

• Having implementation experience of ITOM, ITAM, SecOps will be an added advantage

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience is mandatory. SAFe experience is good to have.

• A strong strategic and business mindset, outstanding communication, and

interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting briefings to senior

management, business stakeholders.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred. Besides this ServiceNow

Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

(CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS) are required

• Good understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure) is an advantage.

• Working in retail space is an advantage.
