Looking for Business Development Executive for our Gurgaon office with minimum experience of 2 Years in IT background must have a sound knowledge of Blockchain, Mobile application development, and web development.

Candidate with Blockchain knowledge will be preferred.


  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software/IT/Consulting Industry. Following up new business opportunities for the company with a sound knowledge of Blockchain Technologies.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Expert in Web Development & Mobile Apps project acquisition.
  • The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new qualified sales leads.
  • Should be aggressive towards targeting Founders, Directors, CEOs, CTO and VP level clients and make first-level contacts.
  • Must have its own acquired client base for generating more business outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of International clients base.
  • Proven experience in achieving Sales/Business Development/Revenue targets.
  • Ability to communicate clear business value to a mixture of individuals from application developers to IT Executive to executives at large companies.
  • Overseeing new product developments to prospective clients.
  • The passion for direct sales, sales support, and pre-sales with your excellent communication service.
  • The passion for connecting with people to develop networks and identify business opportunities.
  • Understand the market landscape, key players, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and manage relationships with clients. 
  • Work with the Quillhash Blockchain leadership team to manage the funnel of clients and forecast appropriately to management.
  • Manage all contract and legal agreements with clients.
  • Represent Quillhash are Blockchain at industry events.

  • Strong Leadership qualities
  • Must be able to generate business on his own, must have his own strong client bases. Have to work on the domestic client as well.
  • Influential personality with excellent communication skills.
