We are one of the largest B2B semiconductor distribution companies in India, building a full stack B2B ecommerce platform to charge our growth. Currently operating internationally in 5 countries, growing at 25% yoy. We are looking for a manager who can play the lead role in building our platform for international and domestic B2B ecommerce.This is a great opportunity to play a lead role in building and leading your own team

Description

1)      Evaluate, select and maintain entire technology stack based on business requirements and scalability

2)      Manage and lead development team while building an agile development culture

3)      Develop and maintain the overall framework of technology policies, standards and strategies

 

Requirements-

1)      5+ yrs in hands on development

2)      Versatile expert in Python and PHP

3)      Experience in open source platforms like Odoo, Oro, suitecrm, Magento etc. is a plus

4)      5+ related years in tech start-ups or small product companies
