What you'll be doing
- Running our Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Instagram presence
- Posting daily or a few times a week - job highlights, tips, memes, founder updates
- Engaging with followers, replying to comments, joining relevant conversations
- Coming up with content ideas that feel human, not like a brand bot
- Tracking what works and what doesn't

What we're looking for
- Someone who actually uses social media and gets what makes content stop the scroll
- Basic writing skills - you don't need to be a copywriter, just clear and natural
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding for every post
- Interest in remote work, startups, or job hunting content is a big plus

You don't need:
- A degree in marketing
- Years of experience
- Fancy tools or certifications

If you've grown a personal account, managed pages for a college fest, or just have a good eye for content; that counts.
