  3. To create an appealing Job posting
  4. To create a good talent pool for a position to be closed
  5. To Use Job Portal, Professional Job Boards
  6. To search a right hire/candidate
  7. Conducting Telephonic Interview Techniques, F2F Techniques, Selection Analysis
  8. Candidate and Client Communication
  9. Closure Management
