Software Development Engineer in Test

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of complete testing life cycle and Agile methodology.
  • Design test plan, develop and execute integration test cases for cross stories and module interactions.

Requirements

  • Ability to have good business/domain context for multiple modules, their integration and interactions.
  • Ability to provides inputs at the PRD stage including concerns about test-ability/usability of the system.
  • Ability to contribute towards automation framework development (Libraries/ new features/ extensions) for API, Web and Mobile.
  • Ability to design, develop and execute functional test automation scripts for relevant projects.
  • Ability to identify test-ability and automation opportunities for products/features.
  • Basic understand change list filters is scraped exact active exact cleanup done exact employer status of CI/CD architecture.
  • Proactive communication and ability to manage dependencies effectively and keeping stakeholder informed.
  • Security testing knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment and deliver quality products.
  • Experience with Java coding and Oops knowledge is must.
  • Knowledge of API scripting through Jersey / Rest-Assured.
  • Expertise with tools like Selenium, TestNG and Appium.
  • Project management knowledge using JIRA.
  • CI/CD knowledge using Jenkins.
  • Version control tools like Git, SVN etc.
  • Experience with object-oriented languages, for example in Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, or C#
