What you should be like?
Someone who loves technology passionately. Our platform is in Ruby on Rails but we believe someone who understands technology can learn rails quickly. So, language or platform is not a bar. 
Someone who bores friends by talking about test-driven development and automated testing frameworks, make fun of some of the technology challenged folks in the team like me who just think backpacking is everything.
Someone who is unable to live without source code management (we use GitHub) and need to understand technical problems as part of a broader product vision, a strong believer of automation of everything.
Have a passion for travel and interest in building systems that will help travelers.
Always look forward to learning new technologies.

 Desired Experience:

2+ years of experience
Core Backend Stack / Full Stack working experience

Responsibilities:
- Integrating new features to our product offerings.
- Write clean, well-designed code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications. 
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements. 
- Contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle to continuously improve the product.
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support) 
- Continuously improve the performance of the product.
- Follow industry best practices 
- Stay up-to-date with industry & technology developments.

Requirements:
- Good CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills. 
- Programming experience in one or more of the following languages - Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript.
- Good attitude to learn and adopt new technologies and strong aspiration to grow.
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new ideas.
- An ability to communicate and work in a team.

Bonus points if :
- you have experience with version control - we use Git.
- you have a working knowledge of Ruby/Rails.
- you have a working knowledge of frontend technologies, UI frameworks, and responsive web design.
- you have a working knowledge of ReactJS.
- you have previously built API based web applications. 
- you have knowledge of AWS services.
- You have worked in a startup.
